JFE Systems / HERALBONY

JFE Systemsの採用活動におけるコミュニケーションとして、ヘラルボニー社のアートワークとコラボレーションして制作したデザイン。絵の中に設けられた大きな白い余白は、採用という文脈においてこれから社会に出る一人ひとりが、自分自身の色や価値観を重ねていく余地を象徴。完成された世界を提示するのではなく、「これから共に彩っていく未来」を示すことで、学生自身が主語となれるコミュニケーションを目指した。

This design was created in collaboration with Heralbony’s artwork for JFE Systems’ recruitment communications. The large white space within the artwork symbolizes the room for each individual entering society to layer their own colors and values in the context of recruitment. Rather than presenting a finished world, it aims to show a “future we will color together,” fostering communication where students themselves become the subject.
